Juices from the pork after wrapping I keep to add when reheating. Has anyone ever froze these juices before? Is there any issue here? With pulled pork I usually vac pack the pulled pork for 2 sandwiches. Should I put the juices in a couple of containers?

Yes you can freeze pan drippings with no issue...But...Why wait to reheat? Mix in from the start and bag the Pork. If you want to save the Juices for other uses, beans, greens, gravy, etc., you can freeze in Ice cube trays and bag the cubes...JJ

I used Ice cube trays a few times, but I found it to be a PITA.
Then I went to the little cups you get from Steak Hoagie shops when you get sauce, Hot Peppers, and other things on the side. Mrs Bear washes them out when we get them. Then I fill them up with the "Liquid Gold" from Butts, Chuckies, or whatever. Then put them in a Zip Lock & freeze. Then I can open the Zip lock, take what I need, and put the rest back in the freezer.

Here's how it happens:

I usually put juices when I reheat it. You guys put the juices with the pork?
I usually put it in the fridge wait for it to jelly up and remove the fat layer and just put some on when I reheat.

I skim fat and mix right in from the get go.The extra Tablespoon you get off by chilling, after skimming, is insignificant...JJ

I make a lot of pan drippings by using broth and spices in my water pan. I mix a lot in for pork and also pulled beef. I save some for au jus for brisket and clod. The rest I freeze. I love using it for things we cook inside during inclement weather. Can add that smokey goodness to anything. I would NEVER pitch it :)

I always pull and freeze with the juice/finishing liquid. (without doing too much to remove fat, which equals superior flavor and mouth feel) I re-heat the pork in its freezer bag in a 200 or so degree water bath. Truly, you can't tell the difference between that and fresh pulled.

Ditto!
Liquids go in the vac bag. Just take care to hit the seal button before the vac action sucks the liquid past the seal line.

I use a sandwich size plastic container and freeze it overnight. Nxt day pop it out into vac bag and hit the button. No juice escaping.
