Freezer burnt pork doable for sausage?

I've always heard frozen meat that has not defrosted and re-frozen will not go bad. It can/will become un-palatable.

Cook and try some. If you deem it good/edible then great.

If not try the above suggestion and give to phideaux after cooking.

Woke up early today and decided to just go fer it. Half CY breakfast bell and half Marisanki chorizo. HOLY MOLEY did the chorizon smell good!!! Note to self: always make sausage in early am to avoid missus giving me the business. :emoji_laughing:
