Hello everyone!  I'm Jeff and live in god ol' Waynesboro PA, just across the Mason Dixon.  I got into smoking almost a year ago now and have been hooked ever since (this is starting to sound like an AA introduction lol).  I used to have the Chargriler Duo which was an awesome first rig.  Since then we have parted and I went with the Chargriller outlaw with SFB.  When I first started, I used Charcoal with a flavor wood to smoke, but have since gone to hardwood for fuel and flavor woods anywhere from peach to bourbon barrel.  I love this forum, any info I will ever need is easily obtainable and all the members are more than happy to share ideas, experience etc.  Sorry for the late post and happy smoking to all!

First off Welcome Jeff to SMF. You'll really like it here for there are a lot of really good guys an gals that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Now if you need there is a 5 day E-Course that is very helpfull to newbies to the smoking world. Then you can always just ask question here and we will answer what ever you need to know. So the best thing to do next is go get something to smoke and if you need ring us up. Oh yea don't forget the Q-view or pictures. So after all of that.
