Easy Pumpkin Pie Dip

  • 1 (8oz) tub Cool Whip, defrosted
  • 1 block cream cheese, softened.....(could be cold smoked)
  • 1/2 c pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of salt
  1. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and Cool Whip using a hand mixer.
  2. Add in pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend until totally smooth. Let chill for at least 2 hours before service.
  4. Serve with apples, graham crackers, gingersnaps or whatever you wish!
My wife will love it too!
She often makes pumpkin pie, without the crust (diet thing), I don’t like pumpkin pie, so she gets to eat it all!
