This made some great sliders. 8 lb butt dry rubbed and injected with a mix of apple cider and soy sauce. Smoked on a Traeger Select at 225 for about 9 hrs.

Surprised it got done at that temp so quick!

Does the Soy Sauce still stand out flavour wise?
 
Looks good to me. Is that chopped? I haven't gone that route with butt yet.
