I got back from Germany the first part of June. Unfortunately the day after I returned, my computer crashed. After two weeks of waiting, I got my computer running again. It took me this long to get caught up.

I didn’t find much BBQ activity in Germany. The one place that I did find was in Cologne. There is a bridge that crosses the Rhine River just outside the Cologne Cathedral. This bridge is famous for having thousands and thousands of padlocks locked on it.

At the far end of the bridge, there is a building with a sign posted on it Skyline BBQ.

The only other BBQ items that I found were a book on Smoking and Grilling, and a open pit BBQ.

If it wasn’t for the fact that German food is delicious, I would have gone hungry looking for some decent BBQ to eat.

Thanks for posting , but I got to say ,,, eat Q at the house . I'd be all over some traditional German food . Oh , and maybe a beer ,,,

Isn't that bridge padlock thing big in Paris, too? Something about lovers making a statement of commitment.
