Hey guys! I'm JP and from Dallas, Tx. This past weekend I bought my first smoker (30 MES) from Lowe's. I seasoned it on Monday night and smoked 2 tri tips on Tuesday. Turned out great! I'm really excited for all the good info to come on here!
