decided to try some OLD BAY seasoning , put it under the skin and then rubbed it all over the outside. don't be afraid to use a lot , it can take it . give it a try , i think you'll like it
 
 Old Bay is great, i think your on to something

Back when I was an Extern Chef I was busy and asked the Dishwasher if he could help prep 40Lb of Chicken Parts for the Buffet. I told him to use the Seasoned Salt. I meant McCormicks, in his house Old Bay is used as Seasoned Salt...He used Old Bay! I thought that was some of the Best Bird I ever ate! Unfortunately my Wife can't stand the stuff or even the Smell.

No pics? I never get tired of looking at pics even if I have seen it before.
