Flat Iron and mini taters

We found these in the manager special section at frys. Used KH AP seasoning on the beef. Olive oil and White Lightning on the potatoes. Had a few dogs in the fridge so tossed them on. Wifey made a very simple Mac n cheese from a box. Tastey

midweek dinner.

Nothing wrong with that meal...I have not done a flat iron in a long time.

Man that looks good. And I see that, like me, you use only the finest of chinas. This time of year when its so darn hot I do as much as I can to keep from heating the house. Whether it be cooking or running dishwasher. So disposable it is.

I love flat iron steaks but its hard to find them in the stores . Since they became popular , just like chicken wings , the restaurants take up a good supply . Looks mighty good

Looks great, ( but i'm in the med. done family ) and the mac and cheese lperfect. Love the potatoes.

And the size of the plate is good , I might have to go back for seconds ,
as I'm just a growing boy. lol (No i'm just a pig for good food )

Very nice job on those! Done just how I’d want them. I’d love to find some flat iron on special. Near me only Kroger stocks it and it’s always pretty pricey.
