Grilled what I think was flap or flank on around 500 on my SmokeFire. About 2-3 minutes on each side. Sliced and plated. Seasoned with Kinders SPG.
What a good looking meal. Have a large family to share that with?

That doesn't look like flank steak to me. Looks more like what my beef processor calls loin tip steak, which may be the same as flap. Nice and tasty.
