Grilled what I think was flap or flank on around 500 on my SmokeFire. About 2-3 minutes on each side. Sliced and plated. Seasoned with Kinders SPG.

I'm with David.....I'd be hunkered over that plate and growling at anyone that came close.

That doesn't look like flank steak to me. Looks more like what my beef processor calls loin tip steak, which may be the same as flap. Nice and tasty.
