Anyone here frequent them?

We have the New England Saltwater Fishing Show coming up 3/6 - 3/8 at the RI Convention Center in Providence. It's one of the biggest on the east coast.

I skipped it the last few years because of the Washington Bridge traffic,if you're from the southcoast RI/Mass you know what I'm talking about! But I think I might take a ride up and check it out this year,I just need to control myself.

Denver has a Sportsman Expo every Jan. Used to go with my brother and cousin but haven't gone the last few years as I really hate going up to Denver. The expo covers both hunting and fishing and I tend to buy things I really don't need but want.

Would love to go to that one,
Ours around here is Halifax International Boat and Sportsman Show. It was last week and yes I missed it , The boats are just out of this world.

So I cant imagine what your show would be like.
( maybe I can, leave credit cards at home type of show )

It's a big one for sure. There are some boats there but since we have several very large boat shows here the fishing and boating stuff tends to stay separate.

Over the years I always had issues with buying custom wood plugs and now have plastic bins full of them still in the packages.I actually need to have a fishing yard sale and get rid of stuff, the last thing I need to be doing is buying.

Several years back I broke my favorite rod that a local built for me from a Rainshadow 1088 blank.I wasn't paying attention while I was loading up my truck and I had it leaning up against the back of my car and the trunk was open and the latch cut it like a pair of scissors just far enough below the tip to make it unusable as a surf rod.Never did get around to replacing it as I own so many other rods, that could get to do some spending though.

Yess we have a couple different shows here also, a Hunting and fishing , and will have small boats and 4 x 4 etc. And the one mentioned above .
A large RV show that is just RV's sort of , there are always other sellers added to all the shows.

And Atlantic Outdoor Sports and RV Show, which is an all around fishing, camping , hunting , boats and forestry.

Almost too many that are almost the same, but just different enough to bring you in.

I have not been to any for lasty couple years as , I am told that I have enough of everything..... I don't think so, but I really don't have the time to go anyway ..... right now lol.

Finally with some daytime temps above actual freezing I've been shoveling snow off the roof which was the easy part but busting up the ice damn and freeing up the gutters and downspouts has been a little more time consuming but finally finished that up yesterday!

Same here yesterday and today. Above 0 finally. Sorry " 0 " ( C ) . I am going out in a bit top rake off all the roofs, at least the first 4 feet is what the thing will reach.
