 Over a year ago, I smoked 8 full loads of Hard Smoked Salmon in my MES 30.

All I ever smelled from that smoker before & after was Hickory Smoke.

Yea like these guys said I have never had an issue with my smoker smelling like fish.

Being very close to the ocean I have smoked my share of fish and I haven't had a problem with fish smell. Now you do know what fish smell like when it's gone bad don't you????? FISH
