Fish camp feast

4 racks of baby backs smoked with pecan and hickory on the bronco and two pork butts smoked on the offset with cherry and hickory. With some spicy bacon beans for a side.

There were no complaints this weekend.

I didn't but the other guys in the group did. I took one day to smoke all the meat and when I did get the chance I went musky fishing.

We had six guys. The ribs are all gone and we ate a little over half the pork.

I can't believe you feed 20 people with one butt and sides. My cousin ate 13 ribs and two pulled pork sandwiches after I pulled this all off the grill.

We did get two meals out of it, although I still have leftover pulled pork.

Looks great . Part of the fun when you have a hunting or wishing camp is taking a day to cook .

Exactly . That one meal can take place of most of the eating for the day in this situation . Spend most of the day in the woods or on the water , your hungry by days end .

To be fair, there's generally a healthy amount of ABTs consumed before the butt is served, and around half of the crowd is usually kids.
