First turkeys on new build.

First trial run on new smoker build. 4 turkey's and 2 chickens. Brined overnight. Overall, a good smoke. Next time though, I will try a little less smoke.

Them rascals look good! I love them deep colors when they come off the smoker.

Nice

. Looks good from here, lots of smoke .      I like the strong smoke flavor , others don't.  With  practice you can get good at doing Yard Bird .
