First Turkey with Q-View

Here's what has turned into a practice run. My wife who's never really liked the brisket I always smoke loves this turkey and won't let it leave the house to go to dinner tomorrow night.

Next year I'll smoke a whole turkey and let the rest of the family enjoy.
