IN laws sent me a new propane smoker for Christmas and i got it all set up yesterday, with permission of course. Got it all season and prepped three racks of ribs for my first smoke. Can't wait to see how they turn out!!!

The flavor is pretty good and the meat is tender and juicy. Need to modify the chip and water pan but not a bad first go.
