First off,, Lets talk about the PRICE...

Seems kinda high to me but thats what it is in all the stores around here..

Ok,, On with the cooking

Here we are first thing on the grill...

Right before I wrap them up for a few hours...

and then the end pic.... didnt get one on a plate,,,, shoot me....lol

With it being 107 today they got a little over cooked as you can tell, they fell apart taking them off the grill BUUTTTT,, The wife loved it that way, she ate more of them then ever before. She also said that that's how she would like me to cook hers from now on.... Go figure...

My wife & all our friends like them that way too.

If they are falling apart trying to get them off the grill, that's exactly what they want.

So that's how I make them now.

 Nice job! I cook my ribs so they fall off the bone as well. Blasphemy, I know, but damn it, they're just better that way. I also sauce my ribs too, so I really buck convention when it comes to ribs.

Same here.  We love them falling off the bone.  Those look great.  Makes me want to stop by the store on my way home :)

I do mine fall off the bone also.  That how we like them so that's how we smoke them
