First try of jerky

My first attempt at making jerky doing both ground and strip. Ground is going in dehydrated strip in MES. Just went with leggs black pepper for ground and teriyaki for strip.

The ground beef came out great good pepper flavor the strips were good went a little past my liking for texture

The ground jerky is hard to judge for doneness sometimes, but once you get it figured out, you are golden.
