Hope I got the pic right , took a few efforts.

Hi folks ,not a big amount as I am getting used to the smoker, and there is only the wife an I to feed. That piece weighs four lb.I used the standard Webber recipe and came out great.

This site ain't going to do my diet any good at all. You are a good bunch of bloke,s.

Actually I found a new diet,   you eat what you want,   as much as you want ,  whenever you want.

You won't lose weight,  but its easy to stick to.......
