So I was at the exchange yesterday to pick up hot dogs for the beach. Walked passed the meat department and saw a tritip. Thought about how long it’s been since we had made one so decided to get it. I usually try to get fancy with the seasonings but lately I’ve been keeping it simple and have been having pretty good results. This one I only used SPOG, seasoned it and wrapped it for about 4 hours and turned out great. I think my best one. Pulled it at 132 let it sit for about 20 minutes while I pulled the potato’s off and finished the Mac n cheese. I Need to start keeping it simple with everything.
