Good morning all. First timer and I had a few questions. I have a Masterbuilt 30 inch electric and I am cooking a 5 lb Boston butt. Should I leave the top air vent open or closed and what is your opinion on soaking would chips. Finally, is Hickory and Cherry a good combination for the butt or would you stick with hickory.
