First timer from Ontario Canada

Purchased my Masterbuilt electric smoker a few weeks ago at Bass Pro. The one I got was the cheaper analog version of the electric smoker. Just finished my first smoke which was sausages. They turned out OK and tasted amazing. Really juicy and flavorful. There's quite a bit of work I still need to do in order to figure out how to use my smoker to the best of it's ability. This weekend I plan on smoking a 4 pound piece of brisket I bought at the local butcher shop. Wish me luck.
