First Time

Hi all i am from the north east of England  today is the first day of my UDS story My barrell now in the garage lid removed and one hole drilled for the lower tap,so i thought i would join for some advice and information. Thank you in advance

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

hi all cooked my first  uds chicken absolutely fantastic taste, only one thing how smokey should it be i had no wood added just wondered if you can control it
