First time sausagin' (Andouille) qview

Hello there fellow Bbq aficionados, for some strange reason I got the idea in my head to make sausage. Being that Andouille is one of my favorites, but it is rarely found in my part of town, i went with that. Boy am I glad I did! It came out way better than anticipated. We had Po Boys for dinner today and I don't like tooting my own horn but TOOT TOOT.
