You know I like the ribs the next day better than when I smoke them.
Thanks, Al, for the points, although I should probably give you points since I used your rub and technique. I had some of the leftover ribs for dinner last night, and they tasted just as good.
I really like them cold right out of the fridge.
They seem to have a more intense flavor.
Anyhow congrats again on a great rib smoke!
