Tried Pork Ribs today for the first time.

These ribs for us in the UK are really meaty, but expensive!

Rubbed with Jeff's rub.


Used Bears 2.5, 2.5, 1 method. Cooked @ 105C/220F naked for 2.5 Hours. Foiled and added Apple Juice for 2.5 hours. then naked to crisp up.


They tasted to me great!

Typically fall off the bone ribs are over cooked. If they pulled easy and tasted good then you did right.

Old post I know but I'm just having a search throught the forums!

They look pure beaut! Nice work mate.

As said before, you do not want them to fall off the bone, that phrase really pisses me off. You want them to come of the bone with a bite.
