About to fire up the smoker for the 3rd time and try smoking some wings for dinner tonight will keep updates and pictures!!
 
Don't forget you need heat to crisp them up! Will be :drool for pics!
 
If you can't get the heat hot enough to crisp the skin you can use your broiler to crisp them.
Seem to be eating a little late but they should be worth it!

Haha I know,12 hour shift got me on a weird schedule.

I cooked wings at the temp before and the skin was rubbery. You may have to crank it up or as mentioned before, put them under the broiler for a bit.
 
Yes I just checked them,and the internal temp, which they are done.the skin is still rubbery. I plan on broiling them! !
