Well Pete may feel better that plate just makes me mad Justin 😠.
Sure hate to miss out on that and shipping is out of the question🤣.
Great cook and a great meal sir!

Keith

Thanks so much Keith, it turned out pretty tasty! Sorry for the delayed response my friend!

Nice bowl
What noodle did you use to place ramen? Appears to be udon. I like noodle bowls but not the fried ramen

Thank you and yes was udon… I am with you 💯

We used a brand called Chefs World Japanese Udon… they are in the refrigerated section at our local Albertsons.

Well he can…but, he can’t talk about it out of the house!
and Justin has me thinking home made ramen may have to be a try for us. Bryce really likes it.

Jim

Haha, right! And yes Jim… I’d highly recommend these… they were very tasty! It’s also an easy meal… I know Bryce would love these… as well as Joy and yourself!

That bowl looks tasty! You'll have a chance to get the eggs soft boiled with the next bowls!

This is literally on my hit list right now. I want to do noodle bowls in the pho style but I plan to make small pork Asian meatballs for it.

I need to go back and research it, but there is apparently a way to make regular spaghetti noodles "Asian style" by overcooking them slightly and adding baking soda to the water. I've "velveted" meat using baking soda too, like strips of pork for stir fry that melt in your mouth.

Thanks! I knew it wasn’t going to be perfect for the trial run… but it was tasty nonetheless!

That sounds very tasty… I hope you post it when you do the cook!
