First time hanging ribs.

Not sure how I feel about this style of cooking.but they turned out pretty good. The boss was happy with dinner and that's all that counts.

I’ve found that if you can please her that’s the most important thing. The don’t look bad from where I’m sitting. We just had some baby backs for dinner tonight that I cooked up on Tuesday. How did hanging them change the cook?
