Decided to have a non-meat day for a change (wife asked me if I was okay?) and grill some tiger prawns and sardines for dinner on the GMG DB. Tend to do any grilling on the propane Swiss Grill and just use the DB for smoking.
I cranked it up to 500, although I was pleased with the end result I wasn't convinced that it's great for grilling. Just didn't feel as hot as either charcoal or gas.:th_violent5:
