Ive got some Mexican Velveeta   and  2 pieces of the regular  Velveeta cheese,

i know its a very soft cheese and a very low melting point,

and I'm not shure what wood flavor to use on this cheese so ill list what i have to work with and maby someone can help me out..

a blend of Hickory and pecan,

pecan

cherry

jack daniels

mesquite

orange

sassafras

mulberry

sugar maple

I'd use the hickory blend if it was me. Keep a close eye on your temps - that stuff will melt really easy & create quite the mess!  Let us know how it turns out

i used the   hickory/pecan  blend .   for  7hrs  the temp inside the smoker held a 27-28 deg using the AMNPS.    i cut off a small taste test,  nice smell and taste great,   nice smoky flavor.

Looks good 7hrs smoke?  Does the velveta take longer to smoke?  Let us know how they taste? I usually do mine2-3hrs and have a pretty good smoke to it.

Never done Velveta before may have to give it a try, Thanks

Nice color. great job.
