first time ever smoking.. made some fatties

so for Xmas wife bought me an Akorm. I put it together a couple Sundays ago and figured id give it a whirl. I'd never even cooked with anything other than gas.. So it was an experiment lol.

I ended up smoking 3 3.5 lb fatties, 2 pork loins, some pork chops, 14 sausages.

not even a crumb left from the event.... I think I'm hooked!

yup very first smoke ever. I read alot of forum post since last summer, I took it low and slow with just a whisper of white smoke coming out. Although I did want to jump off the roof trying to get the lump charcoal lit lol.
