Smoked two 5.5 lb turkey breasts and they came out great. They already had a solution so no brining on my end. We did stuff some spices, garlic cloves and half a clementine in each for a little extra flavoring. I put them in my WSM with a little apple wood and about 4.5 hours later everyone was raving about how they tasted. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and planning to smoke some ribs for PSU game in the Big 10 championship this Saturday and top round for Sunday family get together. :grilling_smilie:
