I just ordered a Rectec Bull with the “silver” package. It was between RecTec and a Yoder but the RecTec came in at half the cost of the Yoder. That leaves a lot more $$ for meat, rubs, sauces, pellets, etc.
So, what are some must have sauces/rubs or pellet varieties you can’t cook without? Also, any must have accessories?
