had some 73/27 ground beef in the fridge so I mixed in a couple eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, sautéed onions and bell peppers. Put it in the 14” WSM at 210 for 3hrs over kbb charcoal and a stick of oak, then glazed with 1:1 bbq sauce/ketchup and cranked heat up to 250ish until it hit 160 IT
No more meatloaf in the oven for me

Yes! Smoked meatloaf is a favorite here to. Very seldom is one made in oven. U should try turkey burger meatloaf sometime. We really like that to.

Nice job . Cold meat loaf sandwich with Swiss cheese is a favorite for me .

Yeah it’s kinda hard to go back to meatloaf in the oven now that you know what the smoke does to it. I’m in the same boat :D looks good!

What did you put your meat on in the smoker? Did you use a meatloaf pan? I haven't done one yet but its on my radar. I have a rack that I put over a tray that I use when I do cheese which I might use to keep the meat out of the grease.

I put the meatloaf right on the rack with foil on the lower rack to catch the grease

Looks like a fine meatloaf you got there. Nice Job!!!

Point for sure.
