I'm smoking my first spiral ham to day.
I started by rubbing the ham down w/ mustard, and covering with a rub, I mixed some of Jeffs rub, then added ground up graham crackers, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Here it is about 2 hrs in, I'm smoking around 225-230*, I'm using a mix of apple and cherry wood chips, and I'm spritzing with a mixture of apple juice, cherry juice, and cherry coke, started spritzing after the first hour, and every 1/2 hr after.

can't wait to taste

I'm finished, took it out at 168*, spritzed one last time

All cut up and ready to eat

Was absolutely awesome.

First time we made a ham, and there is very little left overs, everyone loved it, my wife said, I'll be taking over cooking duty soon
