Hey all!

A few weeks ago I did my first smoke! 3 baby backs, a kanas city rub, and the help from the threads on this site!

Using my Traeger PS 34 pellet at 225 for 6 hours using the 3-2-1 method.

I was very happy with the end result!

Welcome to SMF!
Those sure look like spare ribs, not BB’s!
But in any case they look delicious!
