Newbie here.

Love the site and Jeff's rub is great!

First smoke today consists of a Boston Butt, some chicken leg quarters and a batch of ABTS.

I have pictures but have no idea how to post them on the forum.

I have learned much from the forum but I have a question that I have been wondering about.

1.  Should there be smoke at all times coming out of the smoker?.  I am using a Masterbuilt 36" electric smoker.

I have a hard time getting the smoke to be consistent.

Thanks for all the help so far!

Welcome aboard! First question is when you post in the desired area (such as pork) go down to start a new thread. Put in you post. Just above it is a tool bar with an area that says insert image. Click on that!

Second question NO sometime you might not see ANY smoke, but as long az you can SMELL it it's working!

Thank you for the info.

Heading over to post my first Q-View.

I am having some trouble with the photos.  I keep getting a "temporary error" message. No matter how may times I try it it never goes away.  Any ideas?
