I did up 6 beef salamis.
The first pick is the salamis ready to go in the smoker.
2nd is the salamis cooling.
Third is a roast that was also on the smoker.
4th Finished salami
5th These are turds made with Hungarian peppers and stuffed with the artichoke dip (from this site) they were incredible.
5 Everything on the smoker our first smoke with this smoker.

Thanks for looking

Nice salami, pass some my way. Points for your first smoke. Good job...

Great looking assortment!!!!!!

What cut of meat did you use for that roast???? Looks are mouth watering!!!!

That smoker looks great loaded up! Great job on the maiden voyage!!

Wow for a brand new smoker you jumped right in with both feet. Everything looks great. Congrats on a successful smoke.

The roast was a boneless cross rib and it came out excellent, one of the nicest cuts of meat we have ever used. First time using that cut of meat.
