Celebrating today with friends and family, cookin a 7# butt, 7# flat, 2 racks ribs cut down st. louis style and a fatty n some sausage if i can fit em in!!
Here's my ribs all trimmed up and rubbed


Here's Buford chugging along between 225 and 240 degrees runnin on Rancher charcoal and mesquite and apple chunks

You GO, Bubba! I got a packer and 2 slabs goin' to the West today. Hmmm, Canada'a mouth should be watering anytime now, given the prevailing easterlies! hehehe
 
Here's the butt and brisket at 4 hrs. Just put the ribs on, where the heck am i gonna put a fatty and sausage at??? Knew i shoulda built a bigger smoker!

BTW, I did'nt know Krogers did briskets and pork. I've seen their "BBQ" ribs before, but never the other stuff. Pretty slick buying all that raw meat and making it look like you know what you're doin.........
