First Smoke - Bacon Wrapped chicken thighs

New to smoking and looking forward to contributing to this great forum.  Recently picked up a MES30 Gen 1 and broke her in today.

Meat - Boneless chicken tights, stuffed with green onion sausage, wrapped with bacon.  

Rub - Cajun Blast BBQ Rub
