First shot at smoked buffalo wings!

Started off with 4lb of wings cleaned dried and put in the fridge for 2 hrs to dehydrate ( found out that helps crisp the skin in my mes 30). Took them out and dry rubbed with my own rub.

Next went into the smoker at 250 for 2 hrs with Apple wood. Came out good I think, crisp skin and good color!

Whipped up some sauce and tossed for the finished product!
