First Ribs

I just wanted to share with some guys who will understand my excitement.  I smoked my first ribs yesterday and they came out perfect. I just made a tuning plate and charcoal basket well as extending the stack. I could not have been happier with the temp evenness and control..  You guys are right, this is going to be addictive and I see it becoming a fun passion. Thanks for listening.. Happy cookin!
