First Rec Tec Ribs

Today I smoked some baby backs and beef ribs. I used the 2-2-1 at 230 degrees for the baby backs, the first rack I used rib tickler rub and foiled with brown sugar, parkay and tiger sauce. The second rack I used one of rec tecs rib rubs and foiled with brown sugar and parkay. Both turned out really good, I think next weekend will be a pork butt and brisket. Thanks for looking.

How are you liking the Rec Tec so far? I'm currently working on getting the wife to understand why we need one, especially since Rec Tec isn't even an hour away from here. :)
