First Rec Tec Cook = Baby Back Ribs

These turned out nice. I enjoyed the easy and accuracy of the Rec Tec. Wifi App is pretty sweet too. The smokiness was a touch more subtle than the WSM, but I think it was a better taste.

I did the rib 3-2-1 style.

thanks!!! I really loved using the wifi app to start up the smoker from inside the house. that was pretty great. Also loved being able to smoke all afternoon while the high outside was only 40 degrees. so easy and great product.

Great looking ribs! Nice job. If you are looking to add more smoke, consider getting a A-MAZE-N Pellet Tube Smoker. It will add more smoke to your pellet cooker.
