First pulled pork in new smoker today!

Wife bought me a New MES smoker for my birthday. I'm a big fan of this new one as it has a glass viewing window so I don't have to open the door to see the meat inside. Also has a built in meat probe as well. Today I'm making pulled pork for the first time. Got a 6 lb pork shoulder in now with a rub consisting of salt, pepper, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika.

Looks like you nailed it. The price on that unit is tempting. It seems to be much improved from my old MES.
