first post ever

Hello everyone this is the first time I have been on any forum so here it goes

 I am a commercial pit build I build and use commercial reverse flow smokers as well as various types of BBQ grills. Truth be told I am a technical sort of person and my wife is the true cook. My software and I have the ability to create masterful cooking equipment creations that work flawlessly even in our harsh North Dakota winters. So in short I love to build and eat and my wife loves to cook so we make the perfect team.

I am posting on this forum to offer my technical advise and my experiences to those who it may help and maybe I can learn a bit as well. Have a great day everyone.
