Okay so here is my very first pork tenderloin on our new Char Broil Vertical Propane Smoker. We used Apple Wood chips and Jeff's rub. It was tender and juicy and the flavor was Awesome.
You can always smoke them, but they benefit little because they are a quality cut of meat and will be in the smoke very so very short a time. I go with the Loin=Smoker, Tenderloin=hot grill.
