First Pork Shoulder in the smoker

    Smoking at about 235, at 5 hours hit about 150 internal, not at about 6 hours up to 165. Last photo at 5 hours when I threw in some more hickory chunks.

    Are you going foil or no foil? +1 for the finishing sauce many to chose from!

    After 11 hours in the smoker to get internal temp of 195, guests would not stop saying how good it was.
