I'm smoking some shoulders for my b-day tomorrow. I will be waking up early to get them on the smoker. I've done some smoking but this will be the first time with the side fire box...

So what wood are you using?Shoulders on the smoker @ 5:45am......and now we wait!
7hrs in and the temp is about 160f, been cooking pretty steady between 220 - 250. Can't wait to start shreding this!!
